Is placing an order through this website secure?
Absolutely yes! We value your security (as well as our own!) and do everything possible to make sure that your private business with us is just that... private! Any personal or financial information you submit to us is transmitted over an SSL-encrypted secure connection using the highest encryption method your browser supports, with a required minimum key of 128-bits. All of our credit card transactions are securely processed by Authorize.net, a leading internet payment gateway.

Do you sell or share my personal information?
No! Any information you submit to us is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us, and is never divulged in any way to anyone else.

When will my credit card account be charged?
If you place your order online, your credit card will be charged automatically by our automated system at the time you submit your order. In fact, your order will not be submitted until your card has successfully been charged.

When will I receive my order?
Your order is created especially for you, at the time you place your order. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow 8-12 weeks for your order to be made in our lab, checked for quality control, and then shipped to you. In many cases we are able to get your order to you faster than 12 weeks, but it is possible that your order may take this long to make. If you choose a method of shipping that allows for tracking (such as UPS), you will receive tracking information for your package at the time we ship your order to you.

What are your shipping policies?
We ship to all 50 US States, and to US Military APO addresses (via USPS only). We regret that we cannot ship internationally at this time.

We charge flat rate shipping fees for each shipping method we offer, based on what it costs us to send that order to you. We do not charge for "handling".

What is your return policy?
Because each order is custom printed for you at the time you place your order, we regret that we can only accept returns on items that exhibit printing errors or other production defects. If you have such an item that you with to return, please contact our customer service for further instructions. We cannot accept returns based on your dissastisfaction with the content of the image itself, so please be sure to carefully examine the online proof (viewable on this site) before making a purchase.
